It uses RJ45 connectors on both ends and 24 AWG stranded copper conductors arranged in four unshielded twisted pairs. The grey molded jacket protects the assembly during routing through racks or along baseboards.

Fits standard Gigabit and Multi-Gig ports

The cable plugs directly into any RJ45 jack on switches, routers, patch panels or client devices without adapters. It supports 1, 2.5, 5 and 10 Gbps signalling up to 160 ft and meets the 250 MHz bandwidth rating for Cat6.
