6ft Pink Slim Cat6 Ethernet Cable

This six-foot Cat6 patch cord uses 28 AWG pure bare copper conductors in a slim UTP jacket. Snagless RJ-45 connectors with strain reliefs simplify routing in tight cable runs. The pink colour aids quick identification in dense patch panels. It supports up to 100 W Power over Ethernet for compatible devices.

Suits high-density racks and colour-coded installs

Builders who need a lightweight, flexible cable for crowded switches will appreciate the reduced diameter. Installers requiring LSZH jacket material for plenum or riser spaces should verify the rating independently. Buyers who need a thicker jacket for outdoor or industrial abuse should look at something else.

28 AWG conductor gauge

The 28 AWG pure bare copper wire determines the cable's flexibility and current-carrying capacity for PoE. This gauge is the key specification when deciding if the cord meets your density and power requirements.

Questions about this item

Will the 28AWG slim cable fit into a standard RJ45 wall jack?

The 28AWG conductors terminate in standard RJ45 connectors, so the cable plugs directly into any RJ45 jack without adapters.

How do I avoid damaging the snagless boot when routing the cable through a crowded patch panel?

Push the connector straight in until the boot clicks; the snagless design protects the latch tab, but forcing it at an angle can still bend the tab.

When should I replace this LSZH jacketed cable in a PoE installation?

Replace the cable if the pink LSZH jacket shows cuts, kinks or heat discolouration, as damaged insulation can compromise the 100W PoE power delivery.
