This 15 ft Cat6 UTP patch cable supports Multi-Gigabit speeds of 1, 2.5, 5 and 10 Gbps at up to 250 MHz bandwidth. It is built with 24 AWG stranded 100 percent copper conductors and rated for 100 W Power over Ethernet. The purple PVC jacket and snagless molded connectors suit home, office and rack installations.

Verify port speed and PoE needs

Confirm that your switch, router or device ports support the desired 2.5 Gbps, 5 Gbps or 10 Gbps rates and 100 W PoE if you plan to power connected equipment. Ensure the 15 ft length reaches between endpoints without tension. The cable is ETL verified and UL rated (E132276-A) for safety compliance in standard indoor environments.

Thermals noise and power draw

Passive copper construction produces no heat, noise or fan activity during operation. Power consumption is limited to the PoE load delivered to the attached device, up to 100 W.
