4K 30Hz HDMI Splitter for Dual Displays

This one‑in‑two‑out HDMI 1.4 splitter sends a single 4K 30Hz video source to two screens simultaneously. It suits desktop or laptop users who need to mirror content across two monitors or a monitor and a television without adding a second graphics output.

USB Power and Included Cabling

The unit draws 5 V DC from any standard USB port using the supplied cable and universal power adapter, so no dedicated mains brick is required. A 24.4‑inch high‑speed HDMI cable is bundled, and the black plastic enclosure measures 24.4 in by 2 in by 0.7 in with a weight of 0.078 kg for simple desk placement.

Passive Cooling and Low Power Draw

With no internal fan the splitter runs silently and adds minimal heat to a workstation. Power consumption stays at the 5 V USB level, and the HDMI 1.4 interface supports 3840 × 2160 at 30 Hz as well as 1080p fallback. Buyers needing 4K at 60 Hz or more than two outputs should consider a different class of device.

Questions about this item

What resolution and refresh rate does the HDMI 1.4 splitter actually support?

The HDMI 1.4 splitter handles 3840 x 2160 at 30 Hz and is backward compatible with 1080p sources and displays.

How much space does the 24.4 in long splitter need on a desk or rack?

The unit measures 24.4 in long, 2 in wide and 0.7 in high, weighing 0.75 kg, so it fits on a shelf or can be velcro-mounted behind a monitor.

Does the box draw power from the HDMI source or must I plug the USB cable into a 5 V port?

Connect the supplied USB power cable to any 5 V DC USB port or the included universal adapter; the splitter will not run reliably on HDMI bus power alone.
