Multi-platform wireless headset

The Arctis Nova 3P model 61687 is a new wireless gaming headset built for PlayStation, PC, Switch and mobile devices. It connects through a USB-C dongle for 2.4 GHz audio and pairs via Bluetooth 5.3 for phones or tablets. A mobile companion app provides over 200 game presets including profiles for Call of Duty and Fortnite. Quick-switch wireless lets you tap the power button to move between connections instantly.

Battery limits and charging

The headset runs up to 40 hours on a full charge. Fast charging delivers up to 9 hours of playback after only 15 minutes plugged in. Wireless operation depends on the 2.4 GHz dongle for low-latency gaming audio; Bluetooth 5.3 handles secondary devices but does not replace the dongle for primary platforms. The USB-C adapter uses an L-shaped design to keep adjacent ports free.

Upgrade from wired stereo headsets

This model replaces basic wired headsets that tether you to a single device and lack per-game EQ presets. The jump is worth it if you play across PlayStation, PC and Switch and want one headset that switches wirelessly between them. It is not for buyers who need simultaneous dual-wireless audio mixing or a wired analogue fallback. The 260 g frame and stretchy headband target comfort for long sessions.
