SURFACE SHIELDS CS36500 Carpet Protection Film 36 In W x 500 Ft L 2.5 mil Thick

Carpet Protection Film 36 In x 500 Ft

This clear LDPE film measures 36 inches wide by 500 feet long with a 2.5 mil thickness. It provides 1,500 square feet of coverage per roll. The acrylic adhesive backing sticks to carpet fibres without leaving residue. Designed for contractors and facility managers protecting flooring during renovation or heavy foot traffic.

Liquid-Resistant Barrier Limits

The film resists liquid spills so moisture cannot soak through to the carpet underneath. It offers no fire-resistant or slip-resistant properties. The acrylic adhesive is formulated for carpet only and will not bond reliably to hard floors, tile or concrete. Outdoor exposure degrades the material quickly.

1,500 Sq Ft Coverage Headroom

One roll covers 1,500 square feet of carpet, enough for large commercial corridors or multiple residential rooms. The 2.5 mil thickness handles light equipment rolls and moderate debris but tears under sharp debris or heavy machinery tracks. High-traffic zones may need replacement before the roll is exhausted.
