Kitchen cleaning set

This six-pack of Swedish dishcloths is made from 70% cellulose and 30% cotton for a fully biodegradable cloth. Each piece absorbs up to 20 times its weight in water to handle spills quickly. The 8 by 7 inch cloths feature assorted fruit and flower patterns. They are designed for households that want a reusable, non-scratch alternative to paper towels.

Before ordering

Check that you have space to air-dry the cloths between uses to prevent mildew. Verify that your washing machine or dishwasher can accommodate small textile items for the recommended sanitising cycles. Ensure you do not need a disinfecting wipe that leaves a chemical residue, because these cloths rely on physical absorbency and machine washing. Buyers who require a scouring abrasive for baked-on food will find the non-scratch surface too gentle.

Under sustained load

The cloths remain odour-resistant and antibacterial through daily kitchen use and repeated machine washes. Each cloth withstands up to 100 wash cycles without losing absorbency or shape. The cellulose-cotton blend resists breaking down when used wet for long periods on counters, sinks and appliances. They continue to release picked-up liquids easily when wrung out, keeping streak-free performance over time.
