22U Floor-Standing Server Cabinet

This 22U floor-standing cabinet houses 19-inch EIA-310 equipment such as servers, UPS units, PoE switches and patch panels. The 39-inch deep frame provides 35 inches of adjustable rail depth for longer hardware and structured cabling. It suits installers and integrators deploying gear in server rooms, network closets or branch-office infrastructure.

Reinforced Steel Build With Serviceable Access

Reinforced steel construction delivers a 1600 lbs static load capacity for dense equipment stacks. A glass front door with a hexagon perforated metal frame combines visibility with airflow, while lockable and removable side and rear panels enable secure on-site maintenance. Four casters and levelling feet allow positioning on uneven floors, and brush cable entries keep wiring tidy.

Integrated Cooling And Power Distribution

A standard four-fan cooling panel rated at 440 m3/h works with an included thermostat and sensors to manage internal temperatures. An eight-socket PDU distributes power to mounted devices, and a fixed vented shelf adds extra support for non-rackmount items. The optional temperature control system can be added for more precise thermal management.

Questions about this item

Does the EIA-310 19-inch mounting accept the full 35-inch rail depth for deep servers?

Yes, the rails adjust to 35 inches so 19-inch EIA-310 equipment up to that depth fits inside the 39-inch cabinet.

What floor clearance and opening width are needed to roll the assembled 24-by-39-inch rack into position?

The cabinet footprint is 24 inches wide by 39 inches deep; allow a few extra inches for the casters and door swing when moving it through doorways.

In what order should the 440 m3/h fan panel, thermostat and 8-socket PDU be wired so the fans actually start?

Mount the fan panel and PDU, plug the fans into the PDU, then connect the thermostat sensor and power the PDU; the thermostat will activate the fans at the set temperature.
