Questions about this item

How often will the four thermostat-controlled fans need cleaning or replacement?

The 440 m3/h fan panel runs on a thermostat; dust build-up on the mesh doors and fan grilles is the main maintenance, so vacuum or brush the intakes every few months and the fans should run for years without swap-outs.

What is the first limit reached when the rack is fully loaded to 1600 lbs?

The 1600 lb static load rating of the reinforced steel frame is the structural ceiling; usable depth stays at 21 inches, so deep servers hit the space limit before the weight limit.

How much heat and noise does the cooling panel add when it runs all day?

The thermostat only spins the four fans when internal temperature rises, so idle noise and power draw stay low; under sustained load the panel moves 440 m3/h of air to exhaust heat through the mesh doors.
