Professional Gaffers Tape

Tape Logic 98918 supplies three rolls of 11 mil gaffers tape in a high-visibility yellow colour. Each roll measures four inches wide by sixty yards long. The tape is designed for securing cables, marking stages and bundling equipment in production, event and AV environments.

Residue-Free Removal

The adhesive formulation holds firmly on floors, rigging and gear yet peels cleanly without leaving sticky residue on cables or surfaces. The 11 mil thickness resists tearing during fast pulls and withstands foot traffic and repeated handling during load-in and strike.

Three-Roll Convenience

A pack of three rolls reduces reorder frequency for touring kits, rental houses and in-house AV teams. The width tears by hand so no dispenser is required, freeing up tool-bag space and setup time on fast-turnaround jobs.

Questions about this item

How do I apply the 4-inch wide Tape Logic 98918 gaffers tape without trapping air bubbles?

Unroll the 11 mil cloth tape slowly onto the surface, pressing firmly with a squeegee or your palm from the centre outward so the adhesive wets evenly across the full width.

What upkeep does the yellow gaffers tape need after a long-term hold?

Inspect the bond monthly; if edges lift or the rubber adhesive darkens, remove the old strip cleanly and replace it with a fresh length from the 60-yard roll.

Which limit appears first when the tape is under constant tension on a hot stage?

The rubber adhesive softens before the 11 mil carrier stretches, so the bond lets go while the cloth backbone is still intact.
