10 x 20 ft forest green poly tarp

This medium duty polyethylene tarp measures 10 by 20 feet in forest green. The fabric weighs 4.5 ounces per square yard and is 9 to 10 mil thick. It is UV treated, waterproof, mildew, acid and tear resistant for all weather use.

Suits outdoor cover and ground protection needs

This tarp works well for landscaping, construction sites, camping, farming and equipment protection where a durable green cover blends with wooded surroundings. Buyers needing a heavier industrial grade tarp or a lighter economy sheet for temporary use should look elsewhere.

Check final dimensions and tie down points

The listed size is a cut size so the finished tarp will be approximately six inches or three to five percent shorter. Verify the reduced dimensions fit your coverage area and that grommets spaced roughly every 36 inches align with your anchoring points.

Questions about this item

What do I need to secure the 10 x 20 ft tarp using its built-in grommets?

You will need rope, bungee cords or straps to thread through the rustproof aluminium grommets spaced roughly 36 inches apart and at each corner.

Can I lay this 4.5 oz polyethylene tarp over an older canvas cover without damaging either material?

The laminated polyethylene is waterproof, mildew, acid and tear resistant, so it will not stick to or degrade a canvas cover beneath it.

How can I confirm the tarp is performing as specified after I tie it down?

Check that water beads and runs off the surface, the green fabric shows no tears or mildew after rain, and the grommets remain firmly anchored at the 36-inch spacing.
