Forest Green Medium Duty Tarp

This 15 by 30 foot polyethylene tarp weighs 4.5 ounces per square yard and measures 10 mil thick. It is designed for landscaping, construction, camping and equipment protection where a durable, weather-resistant cover is required. The forest green colour blends with wooded surroundings to maintain outdoor aesthetics.

UV Treated Waterproof Cover

The laminated polyethylene material is UV treated, waterproof, mildew, acid and tear resistant for use in direct sunlight, rain and snow. A weave count of 10 by 10 adds structural strength while keeping the sheet easy to transport and handle. Reinforced hems with poly twine prevent edge fraying during extended outdoor exposure.

Rustproof Grommet Tie-Down Points

Aluminium grommets placed approximately every 36 inches and at each corner provide secure tie-down options for windy conditions. The listed dimensions are cut size, so the finished tarp will be roughly 6 inches or 3 to 5 percent shorter after hemming and seaming. Buyers needing exact finished dimensions should account for this reduction before purchasing.

Questions about this item

How do I secure this 15 ft x 30 ft tarp and what is the common mistake?

Use the rustproof aluminum grommets placed every 36 inches and at the corners; the error is pulling ropes too tight without allowing slack for wind movement.

What maintenance or replacement will this medium duty poly tarp need later?

Inspect the 10 x 10 weave and reinforced hems each season; replace the tarp when UV exposure causes the forest green polyethylene to become brittle or tear.

What limit appears first when this tarp is left in direct sunlight for weeks?

The UV treatment on the 4.5 oz fabric degrades first, leading to loss of waterproof and tear resistant performance before the grommets fail.
