Tarps Direct 20 ft. x 20 ft. Heavy Duty 6 oz. Black Poly Tarp 12 Mil Thick

Heavy-duty tarp for outdoor protection

This 20 ft. by 20 ft. black polyethylene tarp is built for buyers who need a strong, weatherproof cover for vehicles, firewood, equipment or temporary shelter. The 11-12 mil thickness and 6 oz. per square yard fabric weight give it the durability to handle extended exposure to sun, rain and snow. It is not suited for anyone who needs a lightweight throw or a clear material that lets light through.

Sustained weather resistance and UV blocking

The polyethylene construction is UV treated so the tarp blocks 100 percent of the sun's rays, keeping covered items cooler and preventing the fabric from breaking down under direct sunlight. It remains waterproof, mildew resistant and acid resistant over long periods, and the 14x14 weave count helps it resist tearing when stretched tight across a load. The black colour adds full shade for decks, patios or campsite setups.

Simple tie-down with reinforced grommets

Rustproof aluminium grommets are placed approximately every 18 inches along the edges and in each reinforced corner, giving plenty of anchor points for rope or bungee cords. Installation is straightforward: unfold, position and secure through the grommets. The main issue users encounter is underestimating the finished size after hem allowance, so measure the coverage area before ordering.
