12U Desktop Rack for 19-Inch Equipment

The TAURKENAM JAZZ Series is a new 12U open-frame rack designed for tabletop or floor placement. It targets home labs, recording studios and small offices that need to mount standard 19-inch network, server or AV gear in limited space. The reinforced horizontal beam adds torsional rigidity and creates a safer top surface.

12U Capacity with 360-Degree Access

Twelve rack units accommodate patch panels, switches, audio interfaces and shallow servers. The 360-degree open frame gives full access to cables and controls from every side. Deep or heavy chassis that require four-post support or enclosed airflow will exceed the practical limits of this two-post design.

19-Inch Standard Mounting on 2.0 mm Steel

Equipment mounts to the EIA 19-inch pattern using the included cage nuts and screws. Clear U markings simplify spacing calculations during installation. The 2.0 mm cold-rolled steel with powder coat resists scratches but the rack has no built-in cooling, power distribution or cable-management features.

Questions about this item

Will the 12U height accept my existing 19-inch patch panel and switch?

Yes, the rack provides 12U of 19-inch mounting space with clear U markings for quick alignment.

How can I confirm the frame is rigid once assembled?

The extra horizontal beam on each post increases torsional resistance; a gentle side-to-side push should show no wobble.

Are cage nuts and screws included, or must I buy them separately?

Assembly screws and cage nuts are supplied in the box; no additional fasteners are required.
