Portable GFCI Protection
The TAURKENAM 15A GFCI Power Adapter adds ground-fault protection to any standard indoor outlet. It plugs directly into a NEMA 5-15R receptacle and provides a single NEMA 5-15R outlet for connected equipment. The yellow housing is compact enough for a toolbox and carries UL and CUL listings for verified safety compliance.
Self-Test Every Five Seconds
The built-in GFCI circuitry automatically runs a self-test every five seconds, exceeding the UL requirement of a test every three hours. This continuous auto-monitoring ensures the protection remains active against electrocution hazards. A lighted power indicator confirms when supply voltage is present at the outlet.
Manual Reset Prevents Unmonitored Restart
After a ground-fault trip or a power outage the adapter requires a manual reset before equipment can run again, preventing unexpected tool startup. The grounded three-prong plug and receptacle suit indoor use with saws, drills, compressors and similar corded tools. It is not suited for permanent outdoor installation or multi-outlet distribution.

Questions about this item
What does the 15 A rating mean for tools I plug into this adapter?
The adapter passes up to 15 A through its built-in GFCI, so any corded tool rated at or below 15 A can run while ground-fault protection remains active.
How does the NEMA 5-15P plug and 5-15R receptacle limit what I can connect?
Both are standard grounded three-prong connectors, so any device with a matching three-prong plug fits.
What do I need on site for this adapter to mount and work?
A standard grounded wall outlet accepts the 5-15P plug, and the adapter itself provides the 5-15R receptacle for your tool — no extra hardware required.
