10-Inch Rack Tray Pair for Mini Cabinets

This two-piece set provides 1U vented cantilever shelves built for 10-inch server racks or home-built mini cabinets. Each tray measures 1U high by 10-inch wide by 7.87-inch deep with a usable surface of 8.3-inch by 7.8-inch. The cold-rolled steel construction supports up to 10 lbs per shelf for small IT gear and non-rackmount equipment.

Ventilated Steel Design Ships Fully Assembled

The perforated surface maximises air circulation around switches, AV units or other compact devices to keep them cool. Powder-coated black finish resists wear in a home lab or office environment. No assembly is required; the trays arrive ready to mount directly onto the rack rails.

Verify 10-Inch Rack Standard and Depth Clearance

Confirm your cabinet uses the 10-inch mounting width before ordering, as these trays will not fit standard 19-inch racks. Ensure the 7.87-inch depth suits your available rail spacing and that the 10-lb load limit covers the intended equipment.

Questions about this item

Will the powder-coated cold-rolled steel finish on the cantilever tray need re-coating or rust protection over time?

The powder-coated cold-rolled steel finish is designed for durability and does not require re-coating under normal indoor rack conditions.

What is the maximum load the 1U 10" tray can support before the cantilever structure becomes the limiting factor?

The maximum loading capacity is 10 lbs; exceeding this limit risks permanent deformation of the cantilever tray.

Does the ventilated design generate any audible noise or require extra power when equipment runs continuously?

The tray has no moving parts and requires no power; it relies on passive airflow through the ventilated surface, so it adds no noise or heat of its own.
