TAURKENAM 1U Blank Panel 20 Pack

This pack contains twenty new 1U metal filler panels sized for 19-inch server racks. Each panel measures approximately 19 by 1.75 inches and includes M6 mounting hardware. The set supplies 80 screws and 80 nuts for complete installation across all units.

Suits installers closing unused rack spaces

The panels block dust and electromagnetic interference while improving airflow discipline in 19-inch enclosures. They are not for builders who need vented airflow panels, cable pass-through openings or rack shelves instead of solid metal blanks.

20 panels with 80 M6 screws and 80 nuts

The quantity covers multiple rack bays or future expansion without extra hardware orders. Four screws and nuts secure each 1U panel to standard square-hole or threaded rails.

Questions about this item

Will these 1U panels line up with the mounting holes on my older 19 inch rack?

Yes, each panel measures 19 x 1.75 inches and uses standard M6 holes, so they fit the same hole pattern as legacy 19 inch equipment.

How can I confirm the panels are blocking dust and EMI once installed?

After mounting all 20 panels with the supplied M6 screws and nuts, run your hand along the seams — there should be no visible gaps and airflow through the empty bays will be stopped.

Do I need to buy extra screws or nuts to mount all 20 panels?

No, the box includes 20 blank panels plus 80 M6 screws and 80 M6 nuts — exactly four of each per panel — so nothing else is required.
