  • Fits every 19-inch rack for universal equipment mounting
  • Reversible lips let you orient the tray up or down for space saving
  • Vented 10-inch depth speeds heat dissipation to keep gear cool
  • SPCC cold-rolled steel with powder coat resists rust and holds 40 lbs
  • Includes M6 screws and cage nuts for quick installation

Universal 19-Inch Rack Shelf

This 1U vented cantilever shelf fits all standard 19-inch racks and cabinets. It accommodates IT, data network and stereo equipment in studio, stage or small home network installations. The package includes two shelves with assembly screws, M6 screws and cage nuts for immediate mounting.

Check Rack Depth and Load

Verify that your cabinet can accept a 10-inch deep cantilever tray with the lips oriented up or down. Confirm the combined weight of the devices you plan to place on each shelf does not exceed 40 lbs. Ensure you have access to the front mounting rails for the included M6 hardware.

Replaces Fixed Non-Vented Trays

The ventilated hole pattern improves heat dissipation over solid trays, helping equipment run cooler and last longer. The reversible lip design adds flexibility when space is tight or when gear must sit flush. The jump is worthwhile when airflow and adjustable mounting matter more than a deeper fixed shelf.

Questions about this item

Does the package include mounting hardware or must I buy cage nuts separately?

Two shelves ship with assembly screws plus M6 screws and cage nuts so nothing extra is required for a standard 19-inch rack.

Should I choose the 1U vented cantilever or a deeper fixed tray for my 19-inch cabinet?

The 1U vented cantilever fits any 19-inch rack, mounts lips up or down for flexible positioning, and suits studio, stage or small home networks.

Will a 40 lb load on the 10-inch deep cantilever sag in a real 19-inch rack?

The SPCC cold-rolled steel tray with powder coat is rated for 40 lbs and the vented design aids heat dissipation under full load.
