Two 1U ventilated cantilever shelves fit 19-inch racks, support 30 lbs each, and include mounting hardware

  • Fits all 19-inch standard racks and cabinets
  • Vented holes accelerate heat dissipation for cooler operation
  • Alloy steel cantilever tray supports up to 30 lbs
  • Reversible lips adapt to studio, stage or home setups
  • Two 1U shelves with M6 screws and cage nuts included

Universality Across 19-Inch Racks

This two-piece set provides 1U cantilever shelves designed for standard 19-inch racks and cabinets. Each tray measures 14 inches deep and suits IT, network, and stereo gear. The pair ships with eight M6 screws and cage nuts for immediate mounting.

Suits Fixed Equipment, Not Sliding Needs

Installers who need stationary support for patch panels, switches, or audio units will find the vented alloy steel trays adequate. Builders requiring sliding rails, deeper bays, or capacities above 30 lbs should look at other configurations.

Steady Heat Dissipation Under Load

The perforated surface moves air continuously across devices resting on the shelf, preventing local hot spots during extended operation. Alloy steel construction resists deflection when the full 30 lb rating is applied for long periods.

Questions about this item

Do I need a 19-inch rack with threaded M6 holes to mount these shelves?

Yes, each shelf includes four M6 screws and cage nuts that install directly into a standard 19-inch rack with threaded or square mounting holes.

Can I keep my existing 14-inch deep equipment on these cantilever trays?

The 14-inch depth matches the tray size, so equipment up to 30 lbs per shelf will sit flush and be supported by the alloy-steel cantilever design.

How do I verify the vented holes are providing adequate airflow after installation?

With the lips oriented up or down, the perforated surface should allow visible airflow; check that equipment temperatures remain stable under normal load.
