6U 19-inch open frame rack

The TAURKENAM 6U wall-mount rack holds standard 19-inch equipment in a 16-inch deep open frame. It is built from 1.5 mm SPCC cold-rolled steel and rated for 200 lbs. Small offices and edge locations use it to keep servers, switches and patch panels off the floor.

Open design for airflow and access

The frame has no side panels or doors so air moves freely around mounted gear. Equipment installs from the front or sides and cables route through integrated slots and tie points. The layout keeps temperatures down and makes routine changes fast.

Flat-pack kit for two-post mounting

The rack ships flat and assembles on site with basic tools. It mounts to a wall using two vertical posts and suits rooms where floor space is limited. Builders who need enclosed security, deeper bays or higher load ratings should choose a different cabinet style.

Questions about this item

How do I mount the 19-inch open frame rack to the wall and what step is often missed?

The rack arrives flat-packed for assembly, then mounts to the wall using the 2-post mounting holes; the step often missed is confirming the wall structure can hold the 200 lb rated load before drilling.

What maintenance or replacement will the SPCC cold-rolled steel frame need over time?

The 1.5 mm steel frame has no moving parts and requires no scheduled replacement; periodic checks that wall fixings remain tight and that cable-tie points are intact are the only upkeep.

What limit appears first when the rack runs at its 200 lb capacity for long periods?

The 200 lb load rating of the 16-inch deep frame is the primary limit; exceeding it risks deformation of the 1.5 mm steel or failure of the wall anchors.
