Cellular Surveillance Camera

The TAURKENAM Defend camera captures images and video without a Wi-Fi network by using a built-in cellular connection. It is designed for property owners who need remote monitoring where broadband is unavailable or unreliable. A Defend subscription plan activates the data link and enables on-demand media retrieval through the companion app. This system suits rural sites, construction zones, and vacation homes.

Mounting Bracket and Local Storage

The package includes a mounting bracket for straightforward DIY installation on walls, posts, or trees. Internal memory stores footage locally, and an SD card slot allows capacity expansion without cloud fees. Cellular connectivity removes the need for router configuration or Ethernet cabling. The weather-resistant housing supports continuous outdoor operation.

Subscription and Coverage Requirements

Verify that your chosen location has compatible cellular signal before purchasing, as the camera cannot fall back to Wi-Fi. An active Defend subscription is mandatory for remote viewing and data transmission; plans start at a monthly fee. Ensure you can access the mobile app for setup and ongoing management. No separate network hardware is required.
