Check VESA pattern desk thickness and monitor weight

Verify that each monitor has a 75 x 75 mm or 100 x 100 mm VESA mounting pattern before ordering. Confirm the desk edge or grommet hole can accept the supplied clamp or base hardware. Ensure neither screen exceeds the 17.6 lbs capacity per arm for safe operation.

Questions about this item

What is included in the box and what must be purchased separately?

The box contains the dual monitor gas spring stand, a mounting hardware kit and a user manual. No extra parts are required for standard installation.

Which desk mounting method should I choose, the 3.1 C-clamp or the 1.6 grommet base?

Use the 3.1 C-clamp for desks without a pre-drilled hole; choose the 1.6 grommet base if your desk has a suitable cable-management opening.

What does the 17.6 lbs capacity mean when the mount is fully extended to 18.34 inches?

Each arm supports up to 17.6 lbs at full extension, so two monitors within that weight stay stable at the maximum 18.34 inch reach.
