Add-on cameras for xmartO systems

These two add-on cameras deliver 2K 3MP 1296p resolution and include a built-in microphone for audio capture. They function only with a 5MP xmartO NVR and will not operate as standalone devices or with 960p or 1080p recorders. Each unit features a fixed 3.6mm lens for a consistent field of view.

IP66 weatherproof housing with IR night vision

An IP66-rated metal enclosure allows indoor or outdoor mounting in harsh conditions. Three IR LEDs provide clear visibility in total darkness. The camera draws power through the NVR connection, so no separate power adapter is required for normal operation.

Dual connectivity with bundled mounting hardware

An RJ45 Ethernet port enables wired pairing with the NVR via CAT5 cable when Wi-Fi signal is weak. The pack includes mounting brackets and screws for quick installation on walls or ceilings. No additional software licences or cloud subscriptions are needed for local recording.

Questions about this item

How do I connect the WB2024-W camera to my NVR using the RJ45 port, and what step is often missed?

Connect the camera to the NVR or router with a CAT5 cable, then use the 'Add One' tool in Camera Manage to pair it; the step often missed is running that pairing tool after the physical connection.

What ongoing maintenance does the IP66-rated metal housing and IR LED array require for outdoor use?

Periodically wipe the lens and IR LED cover to keep night vision clear, check that cable glands stay tight to maintain the IP66 seal, and verify the microphone opening is not blocked by debris.

At what resolution limit will my existing NVR reject these 2304×1296 cameras?

An NVR capped at 960p or 1080p will not accept the 3MP 1296p stream; a 5MP xmartO NVR is required for the cameras to function.
