Passive Operation and Signal Performance

The switch draws power from the HDMI 5 volt DDC line so it needs no external adapter and produces no fan noise. Its video amplifier bandwidth reaches 2.5 Gbps per channel (7.5 Gbps total) at 250 MHz, handling 12-bit deep colour and HDCP pass-through without active cooling.
