Compact plastic card file for desk organisation

The TOPS 01351 is a black plastic file folder designed to hold up to 300 standard 3 x 5 inch index cards. Its rigid shell keeps cards flat and protected from spills or bending while staying small enough for a drawer or shelf. Dimensions are 5.63 x 3.63 x 3.63 inches, giving a tidy footprint for high-density card storage.

Users needing portable, high-capacity card sorting

This file suits anyone who wants a single, lightweight box for recipes, study notes, contact cards or flash cards without metal parts that can snag. Buyers who need dividers, alphabetical tabs or a locking latch should look elsewhere, as the unit ships as an open-top container only. Those requiring storage for larger 4 x 6 or 5 x 8 cards will need a different size.

Questions about this item

How do I load the 300 cards into the 5.63 x 3.63 x 3.63 inch file?

Open the lid, insert the 3 x 5 cards lengthwise into the main compartment, and close the snap latch to keep them from sliding out.

Will the black plastic case or its snap latch need replacement over time?

The moulded polypropylene body resists cracking, but the integrated snap latch can fatigue after repeated opening; a new 01351 unit is the only direct replacement.
