Employee Record Folder Pack

This pack contains twenty employee record file folders designed to build a complete personnel file in a single folder. The straight-cut folders use green ink printed on green stock and fold to keep confidential information inside. They are intended for organising hiring records and ongoing employee documentation.

HR Teams and Small Offices

The folders suit human-resource departments and small businesses that need a ready-made structure for personnel files. Organisations requiring digital-only record keeping or binders with pre-printed dividers will not be served by this paper-based format.

Twenty-Folder Pack Quantity

Each pack supplies exactly twenty folders, model 3287, which determines how many employee records can be started immediately. Buyers needing a different count must source additional packs or an alternative product.

Questions about this item

Will the green straight-cut folders fit in my existing letter-size filing cabinet?

Yes, the folders are letter size and use a straight-cut tab that aligns with standard letter filing rails.

How can I verify the confidential-panel fold works correctly once I start using them?

Fold the folder along the scored centre line; the printed employee-record sections should face inward so sensitive data stays inside.

Does the 20-pack include the employee-record inserts or just the green folders?

The pack contains 20 complete folders with the employee-record layout printed directly on the green stock; no separate inserts are needed.
