Legal end-tab folders with bonded fasteners

These folders organise and secure legal-size documents using bonded fasteners rated for a 2-inch capacity. The 11-pt Manila stock provides a sturdy cover for everyday filing needs. Ten percent post-consumer recycled content supports environmental goals. They suit offices that require end-tab classification and fast access.

Manila stock resists wear and stays flat

The heavyweight Manila cover handles frequent handling without curling or tearing. Two-ply tabs add reinforcement at the label area for longer life. Scored expansion of .75 inches lets the folder grow as files accumulate. No moving parts means silent, maintenance-free use.

Two fasteners and expansion replace separate binders

Bonded fasteners hold punched sheets securely so extra binders are not needed. The .75-inch expansion accommodates growing projects within a single folder. Straight-cut end tabs align neatly in shelf or drawer systems. Recycled content meets green procurement policies without extra effort.

Questions about this item

How do I fasten documents into the H20U13 folder, and what step is often missed?

Insert papers under both bonded fasteners, then press each prong flat; the step people miss is fully flattening both prongs so the 2" capacity holds securely.

What part of the H20U13 folder will need replacement first with heavy use?

The 11-pt Manila end tabs and 2-ply tab reinforcement wear before the fasteners; replace the folder when tabs tear or no longer hold labels cleanly.

What limit appears first when the H20U13 folder stays full over time?

The .75" expansion score reaches its maximum before the 2" fastener capacity, so the folder bulges at the bottom while fasteners still have room.
