The TP-Link ER7206 is a wired VPN router built for small to medium organisations that need secure, high-performance connectivity. It combines one fixed Gigabit SFP WAN port, one fixed Gigabit RJ45 WAN port and two changeable Gigabit RJ45 WAN/LAN ports with two fixed Gigabit LAN ports. This flexible port layout supports up to four WAN connections for load balancing and failover. The SPI firewall and DoS defence protect traffic at wire speed.

Omada SDN Integration and VPN Capabilities

The appliance integrates with the Omada Software Defined Networking platform for centralised management via hardware controller, software controller or cloud-based controller. It supports up to 100 IPSec VPN tunnels with LAN-to-LAN and client-to-LAN modes, offering DES, 3DES, AES128, AES192 and AES256 encryption plus IKEv1/v2 negotiation.
