Thermal print head for GT800, GT810 and GT820 barcode label printers at 203 dpi resolution
This thermal print head carries part number P1025950-009 and prints at 203 dpi. It is a new replacement component designed for the GT800, GT810 and GT820 barcode label printers. The unit restores original print quality when the installed head wears out. Installation follows the printer manufacturer's standard procedure.
Buyers who need a different print resolution or who service other printer models should look elsewhere. The head is specific to the three listed models and the 203 dpi specification. It does not fit printers that require a different part number or a higher dot density.
Measured against everything we stock in PC Power Cables, at today’s prices. Recalculated every night.

Power off the printer, open the print-head latch, remove the old head, align the new P1025950-009 head with the guide pins, press firmly until it seats, close the latch and run a calibration print.
Replace the head when print quality shows missing dots, streaks or faded barcodes that cleaning cannot fix; the 203dpi element wears gradually with label volume.
