Tape dispenser for 45-50 mm rolls

The TREND SJ-50M is a manual tape gun that accepts rolls from 45 to 50 millimetres wide on a three inch core. Its plastic and urethane body weighs 0.24 pounds and measures 6.1 by 2.36 by 2.56 inches. The black and yellow finish makes it easy to spot on a busy packing bench.

Replaces awkward hand tearing

Workers who currently pull and rip tape by hand gain a controlled cut and less wrist strain. The ergonomic grip and sharp cutter speed up high volume sealing tasks. The upgrade is worth it when daily parcel counts make repetitive motion a real fatigue factor.

Suits packing stations and light shipping

This dispenser fits operations that use standard width packing tape on three inch cores. Buyers who need a wider roll capacity or an automatic feed mechanism should look at something else. It is not built for heavy industrial cycles or specialised tape types.

Questions about this item

What tape width and core size does the SJ-50M accept?

The dispenser handles rolls from 45 mm to 50 mm wide on a 3 inch core.

How do you load the roll and which way should the blade face?

Open the frame, place the roll so tape unwinds from the bottom, thread it under the guide roller and over the cutting blade, then close the latch.

Which parts wear out first and how are they replaced?

The cutting blade dulls over time; slide out the old blade cartridge and snap in a new one. The urethane guide roller can also be popped off and replaced when it loses grip.
