Product identity

The Tripp Lite N001-007-WHd is a seven foot Cat5e patch cable with RJ45 male connectors on both ends. Its white jacket and snagless boots suit home offices, small businesses or anyone wiring a single device to a router or switch.

Deciding specification

The cable is rated for 350 MHz bandwidth under the Cat5e standard, which determines whether it can carry the Gigabit Ethernet speeds your equipment expects. If your network gear requires higher frequencies or shielding, this specification will not meet that need.

Build integration

The stranded conductors and moulded boots make the cable flexible enough to route around desk legs or through cable trays without kinking. The snagless tabs protect the connector latches during repeated insertion, freeing you from damaged ports when you rearrange equipment.
