A 7 ft red Cat5e patch cable with moulded RJ45 connectors rated for 350 MHz and 1 Gbps communication
This 7 ft red patch cable is built to Cat5e specifications and rated for 350 MHz bandwidth. It uses PVC 4-pair stranded UTP with molded RJ45 male connectors that include integral strain relief. The construction meets IEEE 802.3ab, IEEE 802.5, ANSI/EIA/TIA 568, ISO/IEC 11801 and ETL category 5e draft 11 standards. It is supplied new and ready for immediate installation.
The cable suits installers who need a colour-coded Cat5e link for gigabit ethernet runs up to 7 ft. It is not for buyers who require Cat6 or higher performance, shielded construction, or a snagless boot design. It also does not suit runs that exceed the 7 ft length provided by this model.
The 350 MHz rating is the single specification that confirms the cable will carry 1 Gbps traffic over its full 7 ft length. If the project demands a higher frequency rating or a different category, this cable will not meet that requirement.

It uses RJ45 male connectors on both ends, the standard plug for Cat5 and Cat5e Ethernet ports on switches, routers and network cards.
No, the cable is rated for 350 MHz and 1 Gbps communication and meets IEEE 802.3ab, so it supports full gigabit speeds on legacy Cat5 infrastructure.
Check that the link negotiates at 1 Gbps in your OS or switch dashboard and run a continuity test; the molded strain-relief connectors and ETL verification to ANSI/EIA/TIA 568 confirm the build quality.
