Ideal for short patch links

This one-foot Cat6 patch cable connects two RJ45 ports in white. It suits home offices, rack patching or any Gigabit Ethernet link where a very short run keeps cabling tidy. The snagless boots protect the release tabs during frequent moves.

Check your port spacing and run length

Verify that the devices you are linking sit close enough for a one-foot reach without tension. Confirm both ends accept standard RJ45 plugs and that the white jacket matches your colour-coding scheme. The cable is backward compatible with Cat5e and Cat5 equipment.

Snagless moulded construction for daily handling

Moulded strain relief and staggered-pin plugs reduce near-end crosstalk while the booted design stops tabs from catching on adjacent cables. RoHS-compliant materials and a lifetime warranty back the build quality for long-term use.

Questions about this item

Does the 1 ft Cat6 cable come with both RJ45 connectors already attached or do I need to buy plugs separately?

The cable arrives with RJ45 male connectors on both ends, booted and snagless, so no extra plugs are required.

Should I choose this white 1 ft Cat6 patch cable or a longer length for a desktop-to-switch run?

Pick the 1 ft version only when the two ports are very close — typically inside the same rack shelf or on a crowded desk — otherwise select a longer Cat6 cable.

What does the Cat 6 rating actually deliver when the cable is plugged into a gigabit switch and PC?

The Cat 6 construction supports full gigabit Ethernet throughput with reduced near-end crosstalk, matching the performance needed for 1 Gbps links.
