Tripp Lite P047-006 6 ft C19 to C14 Power

This 6 ft heavy-duty power extension cord connects equipment with an IEC C19 inlet to a C14 outlet or PDU. It is built for servers, networking gear and high-draw workstations that require a secure 15 A connection. The 14 AWG copper conductors handle up to 250 V AC across the 1.83 m length.

Check your inlet and outlet types before ordering

Verify that the source side provides a C14 socket and the device side accepts a C19 plug. Confirm the circuit can supply up to 15 A at 100–250 V and that the 6 ft reach suits your rack or cabinet layout. The fully moulded ends are not field-serviceable.

Fits between a C14 PDU branch and a C19 device inlet

The cord bridges the last metre of a rack power chain without adding bulk. Its moulded strain relief reduces accidental disconnects in dense cable runs. The 14 AWG gauge supports continuous 15 A loads, freeing thinner cords for lower-draw accessories.

Questions about this item

What connectors and cable length are included, and is any additional hardware required?

The cord has a C19 plug on one end and a C14 connector on the other, is 6 ft (1.83 m) long, and is fully molded with no extra parts needed.

Which gauge and amperage version suits a high-draw server or PDU connection?

The 14 AWG construction with a 15 A / 250 V rating matches the C19 to C14 specification for heavy-duty equipment power.

How does the 15 A / 250 V rating translate when powering a rack-mounted device?

It supports up to 15 amps at 100-250 V AC, so a device drawing within that range can be connected through the C19/C14 ends without exceeding the cord's capacity.
