Rack-Mount Fan Tray for 1U Spaces

The Tripp Lite SRFANTRAY6 occupies a single rack unit in a standard 19-inch enclosure. Six 120V AC fans deliver a combined 576 CFM of upward airflow. A six-foot cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug connects directly to common North American outlets. The unit measures 1.64 by 18.90 by 25.82 inches and weighs 7.27 pounds.

Suits 120V Racks Needing Vertical Cooling

Installations running on 120V AC power at 50 or 60 Hz can use this tray without additional voltage equipment. It fits EIA-standard 19-inch cabinets that accept 1U devices and have at least 25.8 inches of usable depth. Sites using other supply voltages, requiring front-to-rear airflow, or limited to shallower cabinets should consider other cooling approaches.

120V AC Input Voltage

The tray operates only on 120V AC at 50/60 Hz through its attached NEMA 5-15P plug. Confirm that the facility provides this exact supply before purchase; the unit does not support other voltages.

Will the NEMA 5-15P plug work with the PDU already in my cabinet?

The unit ships with a 6-foot cord ending in a NEMA 5-15P plug for 120V AC 50/60 Hz circuits, so it connects to any standard North American PDU or wall outlet.

How can I confirm the 576 CFM airflow is actually moving through my rack after installation?

Feel for strong upflow discharge at the top of the cabinet, verify equipment temperatures drop, and listen for the six 120V fans running steadily at 50 or 60 Hz.
