The Tripp Lite SRPAGODAROOF is a drip resistant roof shelf designed for standard width 600mm and depth 1050mm server racks. It fits 25U, 42U, 45U and 48U enclosures to protect internal equipment from overhead hazards. This accessory addresses the need for ceiling leak defence in data centres and server rooms. It is not suited for racks with non-standard widths or depths outside the 600mm by 1050mm specification.

Passive Thermal and Noise Profile

The shelf adds a 3 inch height profile weighing 12lbs across a 23.6 inch width and 43.8 inch depth without moving parts or power draw. It introduces zero operational noise and does not impede vertical airflow through the rack cabinet. The steel construction acts as a passive barrier rather than a cooling component. Installers requiring active thermal management must provision separate fan trays or cooling units.

Under continuous exposure to water or debris from a ceiling leak, the roof shelf diverts material away from rack mounted hardware without degradation. The fixed dimensions maintain structural integrity across the 600mm by 1050mm footprint during prolonged incidents. It does not incorporate drainage channels or catch basins for liquid retention.
