Compatible replacement for Samsung CLT-K609S

This two-pack of black toner cartridges replaces the Samsung CLT-K609S and fits the CLP-770 and CLP-770ND printers. Each cartridge delivers an approximate yield of 7000 pages at five percent coverage. The aftermarket formulation is designed for crisp text and consistent dark tones across every print job.

Thermals noise and power draw in normal use

Toner cartridges are passive consumables that generate no heat, noise or electrical draw of their own. Print quality and reliability depend on the printer’s internal fuser and power supply rather than the cartridge. Installation requires no tools and adds no operating load beyond the standard print cycle.

What this replaces and when the jump is worth it

These cartridges replace original Samsung CLT-K609S units at a lower cost while matching the rated 7000-page yield. The two-pack suits offices or home users who print regularly and want a spare on hand. Buyers who need higher-capacity cartridges or colour toner sets will not be served by this black-only standard-yield pack.

Questions about this item

How do I install the CLT-K609S cartridge in my CLP-770ND and what step do people skip?

Open the front cover, pull out the old cartridge, shake the new CLT-K609S gently side-to-side, remove the sealing tape completely, then slide it in until it clicks. People often forget to pull the tape out fully.

What will need replacement after the 7000-page yield is reached on these black cartridges?

Once the 7000-page yield at 5% coverage is reached, the CLT-K609S black toner cartridge itself is empty and must be replaced with a new cartridge.

What limit appears first during long print runs with the CLT-K609S in a CLP-770?

The 7000-page rated yield at 5% coverage is the first limit; after that the toner is depleted and print density drops until the cartridge is swapped.
