Chrome-plated brass barrel with cable exit

The M30 × 1.5 threaded barrel is machined from CuZn brass and chrome-plated for corrosion resistance in harsh environments. A fixed cable provides the electrical connection, removing the need for separate connectors or junction boxes. The two-wire design simplifies wiring whether the supply is 20 to 250 VAC or 10 to 300 VDC. Non-flush mounting allows the sensing face to protrude for maximum range.

Solid-state switching with no moving parts

The normally open output changes state when metal enters the 15 millimetre sensing zone, delivering consistent actuation without mechanical wear. Power dissipation stays low because the output only draws current during the on state. No internal fan or active cooling is required, so acoustic noise is absent. The sealed metal housing protects the electronics from oil, coolant and vibration in continuous operation.
