It combines a quad-core ARM Cortex-A73 processor at 2.2 GHz with 2 GB of system memory to deliver 5 Gbps throughput while running IDS/IPS and Layer 7 application filtering. The unit targets administrators who require advanced routing, VPN, and switching in a single device.

Four 2.5GbE Ports and 30W PoE+ Budget

An integrated switch provides four 2.5 GbE RJ45 ports, one of which supports PoE+ with a 30W budget for powering access points or cameras directly. Two 10G SFP+ ports and a dedicated 10 GbE RJ45 WAN port handle high-speed uplink and downlink traffic. The 54V DC adapter is included, supplying up to 1.1A for the appliance and PoE output.

DC Jack Power and UniFi Management

Installation uses a standard DC jack accepting 100–240V AC input via the supplied adapter, consuming 25W excluding PoE load. A factory-reset button offers quick recovery if configuration errors occur. Management requires a UniFi CloudKey, UniFi OS Hosting instance, or UniFi Network Server; the gateway cannot be configured through a standalone web interface.
