Ubiquiti UAP-AC-PRO-US Wireless Access Point

The Ubiquiti UAP-AC-PRO-US is a dual-radio wireless access point built for the UniFi ecosystem. It connects to a wired network and broadcasts an 802.11ac signal for client devices. Centralised management lets administrators configure, monitor and update firmware remotely from a single controller interface.

Suits UniFi network deployments needing central

This unit fits installations that manage multiple access points through one control plane and use guest portal or hotspot features. It is not for buyers who need a standalone router with built-in switching or WAN ports. It is also not for environments that require managed-controller software without a separate UniFi controller host.

Dual-radio 802.11ac operation from one device

The access point runs two radios simultaneously under the 802.11ac standard to serve more clients with less interference. This specification determines whether the unit matches the wireless capacity and management style your network design requires.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box and what do I need to buy separately?

The package contains the UAP-AC-PRO-US access point. Power is supplied through the Ethernet cable, so a PoE injector or PoE switch must be purchased if your network does not already provide PoE. Mounting hardware for ceiling or wall installation is included.

Which version or capacity should I choose?

This model is offered as a single white unit with dual-radio 802.11ac operation. There are no alternate capacity or colour options listed for this product code.

What does the 802.11ac dual-radio label mean for real-world performance?

It means the access point can serve clients on two radio chains simultaneously using the 802.11ac standard, providing higher aggregate throughput than single-radio designs when multiple devices are connected.
