Panoramic PTZ surveillance camera

The UniFi Protect AI 360 is a pan-tilt-zoom camera built for overhead monitoring of crowded indoor and outdoor spaces. It streams 1920x1920 video at 30 FPS using a 5 MP CMOS sensor behind an ultra-wide 360° fisheye lens. Built-in IR LEDs maintain clear footage day or night. The IPX4 weatherproof and IK08 tamper-resistant housing suits exposed locations such as parking lots and transport hubs.

1920x1920 resolution at 30 FPS

This fixed resolution and frame rate determine whether the camera matches your recording and bandwidth requirements. The square 1920x1920 output covers a full 360° field of view from a single mounting point. PTZ functionality with servo feedback lets operators zoom in on distant details without moving the device. Buyers needing higher pixel counts or variable frame rates should consider other models.

PoE power and rugged housing

Power over Ethernet supplies the camera through a single cable, simplifying installation and eliminating separate power runs. The IPX4-rated enclosure resists splashing water, while the IK08 rating protects against physical impact. No external power supply or additional cooling equipment is required for normal operation.

Questions about this item

What does the 1920x1920 resolution look like on a live view?

The square 1920x1920 feed fills the screen with a 360° fisheye circle; de-warping in the UniFi Protect app lets you pan, tilt and zoom digitally without losing detail.

How does the PoE connection limit cable runs and power options?

Power over Ethernet supplies both data and power over a single cable run up to 100 metres, so no local mains socket or separate injector is required.

What mounting hardware is needed for the IPX4 housing?

The camera includes a pendant-cap base that screws to a standard junction box or pole mount; the IPX4 shell simply twists on and locks with a set screw.
