Unity Rear Complete Strut Assembly Kit
This Unity rear complete strut assembly kit fits 2004-2009 Kia Spectra and 2005-2009 Kia Spectra5 models. It supplies two fully assembled struts so a mechanic or DIY owner can replace both rear corners in one job. The kit arrives with every component pre-installed, removing the need for a spring compressor or other specialty tools. It is built for drivers who want a direct bolt-in repair without sourcing individual parts.
Installation limits of preassembled struts
The assemblies ship as complete units with top mount, bearing plate, bumper, insulators and coil spring already fitted. This design means the installer cannot adjust spring rate or ride height separately from the damper. Vehicles with modified suspension geometry or aftermarket lowering springs will not match the OE-style valving and spring rate provided. Buyers who need custom damping or adjustable perches must look for a different solution.
Vehicle fitment decides suitability
The only specification that confirms this is the right part is the listed application range: 2004-2009 Kia Spectra and 2005-2009 Kia Spectra5. No other year, trim or model is covered by this kit. If the vehicle falls outside those ranges, the struts will not mount correctly or provide the intended ride characteristics.
