Professional Presentation Folder

The Universal 56616 two-pocket portfolio is a new black folder made from embossed leather-grain paper with 100 per cent recycled content. It holds 11 by 8.5 inch sheets and includes a die-cut business card slot on the inside front cover. The textured cover adds a professional finish to an economical design.

Ideal for Client Handouts and Proposals

Suits professionals who need a simple leave-behind folder for brochures, sales flyers or proposals without fasteners or bulky hardware. Buyers who want expandable capacity, ring binders or water-resistant covers should look at something else because this model has only two flat pockets and a paper-based cover.

Check Document Size and Fastener Needs

Verify that your documents are standard 11 by 8.5 inch sheets and that you do not require brad, prong or tang fasteners inside the folder. The single front and back pockets each hold one stack of pages, and the built-in card holder fits a 3.5 by 2 inch business card.

Questions about this item

What paper size must I already have for the 56616 portfolio to hold it?

The portfolio holds 11 x 8.5 inch sheets, so standard letter-size paper fits directly.

Will my existing 3.5 x 2 inch business cards fit the built-in die-cut slot on the front pocket?

Yes, the die-cut on the left pocket is sized for a 3.5 x 2 inch card and keeps it visible for follow-up.

How can I confirm the cover material is the textured leatherette finish described?

Run a finger over the black cover; it has a distinct embossed leather-grain texture rather than a smooth paper feel.
