Compatible Infocus projector models

This universal remote replaces the original handset for Infocus IN119HDX, IN124X, IN126X and IN128HDX projectors. It supports a single device and communicates via infrared. The unit arrives pre-programmed with every button function of the original remote.

Battery-powered convenience

The remote operates on standard AAA batteries which are installed before use. No pairing, software setup or code entry is required because the command set is already loaded. Simply insert the cells and the handset is ready to control the projector immediately.

Plug-and-play installation

Installation consists only of fitting AAA batteries and pointing the infrared emitter at the projector. The main point of failure is depleted or incorrectly oriented batteries, so verify polarity and fresh cells if the unit does not respond.

Questions about this item

How often will I need to change the AAA batteries in this remote?

Battery life depends on how frequently you use the remote; typical infrared remotes run for months on a fresh pair of AAA cells.

What is the first limitation I will hit if I use this remote continuously for long presentations?

The infrared signal requires line of sight to the projector, so range and angle become the practical limit during extended use.

Does the remote generate any noticeable heat or noise when it is used all day?

No, it is a passive infrared handset with no moving parts, so it stays silent and does not warm up in normal operation.
