Compact HDMI to USB and IP converter

The Vaddio AV Bridge Nano converts a single HDMI source into simultaneous USB 3.0 USB-C and GbE Ethernet outputs. It is built for professional streaming and video conferencing with software such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom and WebEx. A loop-through HDMI output lets the source display remain active while the converted feeds are sent elsewhere.

1080p60 over USB 3.0 versus 1080p30 over Ethernet

The single specification that decides fit is the resolution and frame-rate split between the two streaming paths. USB 3.0 delivers up to 1080p60, while the RJ45 port is limited to 1080p30. Choose this unit only if your workflow can accept 30 frames per second on the IP stream or if you plan to use the USB connection for the higher frame rate.

Stereo audio and browser control included

A 3.5 mm stereo input and output embed or extract analogue audio alongside the video, removing the need for a separate audio interface. H.264 and MJPEG compression are handled internally, and the device is configured through a browser-based UI, Telnet or SSH without extra software licences.

Questions about this item

What resolution and frame rate does the USB 3.0 output deliver?

The USB 3.0 USB-C port streams up to 1080p60, matching the maximum supported resolution via that interface.

What limits the Ethernet streaming resolution?

The RJ45 GbE port caps streaming at 1080p30, so network bandwidth restricts the frame rate to half the USB maximum.

How does the HDMI loop output work with the input?

The single HDMI input passes through to one HDMI loop output, letting a local display show the same signal sent to USB and IP.
