Rigid 6 Inch Polyurethane Plate Caster

This rigid plate caster supports a 1750 lb load rating with a 6 inch polyurethane wheel on an aluminum core. The non-marking tread protects floor surfaces while the standard tread shape provides stable rolling. No brake or swivel lock is included, so the wheel rotates freely in a fixed direction.

Industrial Carts and Heavy Equipment

The high capacity suits material-handling carts, platform trucks and machinery bases that need a single fixed caster for straight-line tracking. Buyers who require a swivel caster for steering or a built-in brake for parking should select a different model. The rigid design does not allow directional changes on its own.

1750 lb Load Rating Polyurethane Wheel

The 1750 lb rating is the key specification that determines whether this caster matches the weight of the loaded equipment. The polyurethane tread on an aluminum core delivers the stated capacity while remaining non-marking on concrete or epoxy floors. Confirm the total load divided by the number of casters stays within this limit.

What components come with the ZORO SELECT rigid plate caster and what must be purchased separately?

The caster includes the 6 in polyurethane wheel on an aluminum core, rigid mounting plate, and axle hardware; mounting bolts for your specific frame and any swivel-lock or brake kits are sold separately.

Which version of the 6 in polyurethane plate caster should I choose for a non-marking, high-capacity application?

Select the blue ZORO SELECT model with 1750 lb load rating, non-marking polyurethane tread, aluminum core, and no brake or swivel lock for maximum capacity and floor protection.
