Lift-all Load Hugger 26422X15 tie-down strap

This new Lift-all Load Hugger 26422X15 ratchet tie-down strap measures 15 ft in overall length and 2 in in width. It uses polyester webbing with a steel wire-hook end and a 16 in fixed end. The working load limit is 3300 lb and the tensile strength is 10000 lb/in. It meets CVSA, FMCSA and US DOT standards for cargo securement.

Suited for securing heavy loads on trailers

This strap suits operators who need a 3300 lb working load limit and a 15 ft reach for general-purpose tie-down tasks. The ratchet adjustment allows controlled tensioning of the polyester webbing. Buyers who require a longer reach or a higher working load limit for larger equipment should consider other options. The yellow colour aids visibility during use.

3300 lb working load limit decides fit

The single specification that determines whether this is the right part is the 3300 lb working load limit. Your cargo weight must stay at or below this figure for safe and compliant securement. The 10000 lb/in tensile strength provides the safety margin required by CVSA, FMCSA and US DOT standards. Verify the load weight before selecting this strap.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the ratchet mechanism is holding the 3300 lb working load limit after tightening?

Tighten the ratchet until the strap is firm with no slack, then watch the yellow polyester webbing and steel wire hooks for any movement under tension.

What comes in the box and do I need extra hardware for the wire-hook ends?

The package contains one 15 ft tie-down strap with fixed 16 in end and ratchet adjustment; the steel wire hooks are built in so no extra hardware is required.

Should I choose this 15 ft model or a different length for my load?

Select the 15 ft version when your anchor points fit within that overall length; the 2 in wide polyester strap meets CVSA, FMCSA and US DOT standards for general-purpose use.
