Swivel Plate Caster 6 in 900 lb

This swivel plate caster supports a 900 lb load rating on a 6 in polyolefin wheel. The non‑marking tread suits warehouse carts, workshop dollies and light industrial equipment. A single wheel with standard tread shape rolls smoothly on flat floors. No brake or swivel lock is fitted.

Mounting plate and clearance check

Verify that the mounting plate pattern matches the existing bolt holes on your cart or frame. Confirm the overall height after installation clears door thresholds and shelving edges. Ensure the 2 in wheel width fits the intended axle or fork spacing. The caster has no integrated brake, so plan for separate wheel chocks if parking on slopes is required.

Polyolefin wheel thermal and rolling characteristics

Polyolefin resists flat‑spotting during static loads and does not mark epoxy or sealed concrete. Rolling resistance stays low on smooth surfaces, so pushing effort remains modest under the 900 lb rating. The material tolerates typical indoor temperature ranges without softening or cracking. No lubrication points are present; the sealed bearing requires no routine maintenance.
