8K HDMI 2.1 Coupler Two Pack

This VCELINK coupler joins two HDMI cables to extend their reach. It supports 8K at 60Hz and 4K at 120Hz with HDR, ARC and 3D pass-through. The pack contains two adapters for multiple connections. It suits anyone linking source devices to displays over longer distances.

Shielded Aluminium Housing Gold Contacts

A fully shielded aluminium casing blocks signal interference during normal use. Gold-plated contacts maintain reliable transmission without added power draw. The passive design runs silently and needs no external supply. Durability is reinforced by a scratch-resistant finish.

Female-to-Female HDMI 2.1 Extension

The single specification that decides fit is the female-to-female HDMI 2.1 interface. It only works when both existing cables terminate in male HDMI plugs. Buyers needing male-to-female conversion or a different connector type cannot use this part.

Questions about this item

How do I install the VCELINK HDMI 2.1 coupler, and what is the common mistake to avoid?

Plug one HDMI cable into each female port to join them; the step people get wrong is forcing the connector upside down, which can bend the gold-plated contacts inside the aluminum shell.

What maintenance or replacement will the coupler need over time?

The gold-plated contacts and fully shielded aluminum casing are built for durability; no routine maintenance is required, and replacement is only necessary if physical damage occurs to the ports or housing.

What limit appears first when the coupler is used continuously at high bandwidth?

The HDMI 2.1 specification caps the link at 8K resolution at 60Hz or 4K at 120Hz, so sustained use at those rates is the maximum the adapter can pass without signal degradation.
