Velztorm Orix i9-12900K desktop system

The Velztorm Orix is a pre-built gaming desktop powered by a 12th Gen Intel Core i9-12900K processor with 16 cores and 24 threads. It pairs that CPU with a GeForce RTX 3050 graphics card featuring 8GB GDDR6 memory. The system includes 32GB of DDR5 RAM and a 4TB PCIe SSD for storage. Windows 10 Pro 64-bit comes pre-installed on the machine.

Suited for high-core workloads with entry graphics

Buyers who need strong multi-threaded performance for streaming, rendering or compiling will benefit from the 16-core processor and 32GB DDR5 memory. The 4TB NVMe SSD provides ample space for large project files and game libraries. Users targeting high-refresh 1440p or 4K gaming should look elsewhere, as the RTX 3050 is an entry-level card. The lack of an included display also means a separate monitor purchase is required.

8GB GDDR6 RTX 3050 defines the gaming ceiling

The GeForce RTX 3050 with 8GB GDDR6 memory is the component that determines whether this PC meets a buyer's gaming expectations. It supports DirectX 12 and G-SYNC for variable refresh rates. Performance will suit 1080p play at medium to high settings in modern titles. Buyers needing more video memory or higher frame rates at 1440p must choose a system with a more powerful graphics card.
